Crowds have gathered outside our home: there has been a twitterising and FaceBooking of the event. Bredonborough’s young-persons, with some Parents, are congregating for a viewage of the departing TTK host.

The OCG VIII performance in Pordenone…
My impressions after the concert “Robert Fripp and the Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists”.
The impression of the performance is very strong especially for those who attended it first time. The place – “Galleria A. Pizzinato” – is a remarkable place, the absence of the stage and the closeness to the artists give the additional feeling of contact. For me it was also interesting to hear an appeal to the audience in many languages realizing that the musicians came from all parts of the world.
The beginning of the concert is wonderful: at first you hear the weak sounds that are similar to the ringing bells and they become stronger and stronger!
And finally the musicians appear! At the end – in the opposite order: the sounds become weaker and weaker, like the music is saying a goodbye to all.
I have no intention to discuss the performance itself because I am not a musician and I hear the music to obtain the pleasure and the impressions. And I did have obtained much pleasure and many impressions!
The idea of transferring the chords from one musician to another in a circle is amazing! It influences the subconsciousness, especially when changing the direction and speeding up. Also it is obviously that the performance of the 9 most skilled musicians is a delight. Thank you for all organizers and participants. You make our world better, the music – closer, and the people – happier.
… and into the Cellar for practising, now done. An adoration of the WillyFred ahead, with a portion of adoration reserved for Little Willcox.
